Nice work man. I am impressed with the front A-arm suspension. Where did you get the bushings from?

Sorry I've been on vacation for a few weeks. I used the bushings out of the front leaf for the upper arms with some 1" .120 wall DOM tubing. For the lower arm I got Energy Suspensions jeep front leafs bushing replacement kit at a local 4x4 store. Used 1.25" .120 wall tubing on lower arms.

Energy Suspension kit # 2.2102G
jeep front leaf spring bushing set

bushings have a 1" OD and a 1/2" ID

I'm sure you could the same bushings at a local leaf spring shop. Just tell them you need leaf spring bushing set for a jeep.

How does the front end attach to the aluminum cart frame?
