These keep slipping outwards creating a /\ camber. I've recently really CRANKED down to tighten these two bolts AND installed a couple lock washers on the rear (nut side)."
Not 100% sure, but I believe the bolts weren't tight enough. I told him if he is abusive with it, he may need to tack weld the washers in place. Haven't heard anything, so hopefully all is well.

Thanks you two - sometimes updates get lost on here when we PM I guess

So, for now, I've got heavy duty lock washers on the nut/backside and have these things cranked pretty good and they seem to be holding, for now. I have really only been 'crawling' around the yard nad some moderate off road trails, at a crawl too.

The tack weld solution is a great idea if I continue to have the prob. Thanks you two for getting involved and helping here, this was driving me crazy

If it would fit you could always measure the space between the bolts as to where you want them to be for proper camber and make a small plate with holes equal to that for the front and rear to stop the bolts from spreading out.

Just in case of any possible misunderstanding:

I meant, mount a plate on the front and rear of the lift kit where the bolts for lower arms come through to hold them in place.

Not rear end of cart.
