Default 05 Gasser take forever

Well I thought I would show the last golf cart I have been working on. It is not completely done yet, still need to order some additional parts, but no worries. I will try and show all the pics. This cart was a real gem, turned out to be a real PITA!!!! The first two pics are what is started out as, the third is with is stripped down.

Well the first one here, I got the light bar on, then have installed the Jake's spindle lift on it. Installed the tires, the second one is with the rear end installed and wheels put on. Ended up selling the tires, customer came by and wanted them so put stockers back on after this. Need to order more.

Well have gotten the motor running by this point, Scottyb, thanks for input again, the front cowl is installed, but the rear end is just in place, still playing with linkages trying to get everything working. Had to install new used rear end for this cart, the case was cracked and leaking oil from the drain plug area. Should of taken pics while swapping rear ends but did not think of it.

Well got the rear tail lights installed, and got the body back in place. This is what the seat used to look like, ordered seat covers from Jake's, then I did a trial fit on the seat to the cart to see how it would look. Then I got the side rocker panels back on.

Ok, I have installed the front strut for the top, installed the start of the rear flip flop seat kit from Jake's, added the back support to front seat, and prepped the rear end area for the seat kit. In the second picture, I got the rear flip seat on with the hand rails and back seat support area. Then of course installed the two set of seats with there new seat covers.

OK, installed the splash guards onto the cart, took a couple of pics here, now found out that stock rear struts will not work with flip flop seat kit if it a extended top, so will need to order those on Monday. Will take more pics of the cart once I get in cleaned up and as I am installing the top.
