Default 3R 6" lift

I ordered my 6" lift from 3R last saturday.I have been anxciously awaiting the "PACKAGE" all week. I am a little bothered by the fact that I have yet to here a word about it.I have yet to receive an e-mail stating my delievery date or even a notice saying thank you for the purchase. My credit card has been charged, but no word on my purchase itself.
Has anybody delt with 3R before? Was it a good experience?
I'm just looking for some love !!!!!

I have never dealt with them but know a couple of guys who have. There were no problems, everything was good. Something must be wrong, I would give them a call.

If it was an online order - sometimes we have a problem when the customer types in an incorrect phone number or email...

Give them the benefit of doubt. I don't know if they are ever on here answering questions to see this thread...

I agree with Mike. I have dealt with them on a number of occassions and have nothing bad to say about any of my dealings with them. Nothing online, luckily they are not far from me. Just my 2 cents.

I have an email contact from there, I'll shoot him a note to make him aware of your situation.

Hope it's resolved quickly.

Chris

Scotty, come on now, that was far from my first. But It was a first that I had to call and check the status of an order.
I called first thing this morning and they were very nice and friendly,I asked and they answered.Problem solved..
And I never questioned there credibilty.
But now, with there nice little post here, they LOST ANY future bussiness from me.All's I was looking for was some acnoligment, let me know you recieved my order, something, anything,a little "CUSTOMER SERVICE" would have been nice.........
