Default how much lift in G-16?

im buying a 2000 g-16 and putting 23x10.5x12 wheels and tires on it.
the place im getting the cart from uses the flat plates to lift there carts via extending the rear shock and panhard bar down and the spacing the front suspension down. the question is if i do this to get say 4-5 inches of lift then put a drop spindle kit on it how can i drop the front of the engine mount and rear suspension down so its not in such an angle. to get 10" of lift on the rear.
meaning i would like around 10" of lift for the 23's for the real high look.
this is only used in the campgrounds no severe offroading i have atv's for that.

anyone have pics or details on doing this.

thanks
