Default Help installing lift kit

I need some help. I'm trying to install a lift kit on my golf cart. Looks pretty straight forward. I'm removing the front a-arms and i'm having trouble removing the king pins from the knuckles. Is there a pin holding them in? There is a hole going through them that actually looks like a sleeve. Do i need to drive that out with a punch? Any help would be great.

Take out both the pin and the sleve and you should be ready to go!!

After you pull the bolt out the bronze sleeve should just slide out and spindle will come off. No pins holding it.

If it don't slide out you might have to tap it out, use something like a small piece of wood dowel so you don't injure the sleeve.

Maybe I'm out of line here, but my Yamaha had pins that had to be driven out. What make year model are you working on?
