Which one to lift?
I have a 2000 Club electric and 2004 Yamaha gas. Which one would be the best to keep around the house and farm with a lift and tires? I also play golf, so one of them needs to stay normal(AS CAN BE).
I noticed the Club may have more torque and cheaper to lift.............What are your thoughts? Thanks! |

Re: Which one to lift?
This is a no-brainer, keep the quiet electric on the golf course where it belongs and play with the gas cart

Just a word of advice; Be careful choosing your lift kit. The cheapest route can lead you into a major p.i.t. butt. Speaking from experience: Shop wisely and buy from reputable dealers that will provide you with customer support. Online sales (ebay, craigslist, etc) may offer some decent deals but, there is NO CUSTOMER service. If yo have a problem with the item, you usually get poor service and end up waiting and waiting. If your lucky, it might even fit but, again, usually these cheapo's are poorly engineered and produced in China or J.A. Pan.... and they are just rip off's of properly created lifts using lousy materials. If you paln to keep your cart and enjoy it, save a bit longer and get yourself a good quality peice. But then....that's just my .02 Good luck, your gonna love a lifted cart. |

Re: Which one to lift?
I'm thinking of going with the 3" Jake's an 20/11/10. I'm scared if I go with 6" lift and 22" tires I will lose a lot of power and I really don't want to fool with the power plant or trans. Let me know if my concerns are valid or not. Thanks!
