From elec. to gas
2 older G1 gas yamaha's when lifted do you have to worry about the oil injection for motor. plain 8" lift

Todd, I can not say for sure on a Yami, but I believe you will need to drop the front mount down a couple inches for everything to be correct, may Spriddle or Ess will chime in on this and give better direction on what to do.

You may have to extend the oil and fuel lines, no problems. 2 stroke engines have no crankcase oil so running the engine on an angle should be no problem.

I'm lifting the back of an 81 G1, Put spacers in for rear shock mont. The spacer is 8" but when I let cart down I ended up with 4.5"'s of lift are the shocks just not strong enough ??. Maybe go with air shocks instead

My 81 G1 is going up about 8" can anyone tell me what a good tire size would be for over all performence. Stock motor & everything else for now...
