My ClubCar Build
Hey guys, here is my 2000 model club car ds 4 seater. I'm in the midst of a full rebuild. I've already installed the all sports 6in lift kit, 22in wheels and tires, delta q onboard charger, and started the dash for the stereo system. Also dupli color truck bed coated the battery trays. I will be starting to build a battery tray for a aux. 12v deep cycle optima battery for the stereo and lights. I'm waiting for the a/c motor conversion kit to come in. Heres some pics of the progress so far. All the work is done by myself.

Re: My ClubCar Build
Love the pics. Do you have any pics of the lift in the back? I'm trying to visualize what comes with the kit installed. I have a CC that is a suspension nightmare. Everything needs to be replaced and so I'm just wondering what I have and what I'd get with a lift kit like yours.
See what I mean. Thanks, |

Re: My ClubCar Build
Heres some new pics of the progress. New A/c motor and controller are installed. About halfway done with the wiring harness. Also got the stereo mounted in the dash, and the optima 12v mounted in a custom tray.

Re: My ClubCar Build
I would suspect it's for the 12 volt accessories.
