Lifted 94 Gas EZGo won't climb
I recently purchased a gas 94 ez-go that has been lifted and has 22 inch tires . When I try to climb a hill it stalls out and makes a noise like the belt is slipping . I have done a little research on this forum , and I see some posts that make me wonder if I need a shorter belt , or if it needs clutches .

Sounds like your rear (driven) clutch is not opening up to down shift .... you may need a new clutch?
