Default New Ride

New 2006 to match the truck. I have a question. The cart was real bouncy going down the smooth road. Checked the air in the tires, they were at 35psi. I dropped them down to 8 in the front and 10 in the back. The ride is better but it still has an annoying bounce to it. Not a smooth ride at all. Any input from the experienced?

Maybe you have heavy duty leaf springs on that cart, especially if you have a rear seat. Does the rear have 4 leafs? The front maybe 2?

Look at the tire side wall, it should tell you max. pressure in tire. I believe mine say to not excede 7 psi.
At 7 psi. mine are tollerable.
Nice pair tho. Native!!

No leaf springs on the front. Two on the rear. Max cold air pressure reading on the tires is 20psi. I don't know if dropping down a couple more lbs will make a difference. Maybe this is a normal thing. I do have an old 87 ez-go that has a lift, not a pretty looking thing but it rides smooth.

New springs are very stiff, old springs are soft as ive found out on the 90 compared to the 99 I have. I thought you still had a leaf spring on the front of the club car. Two springs on the rear isnt as bad compared to 4 leafs but maybe you need more ride time or more weight to make it softer of a ride.

what do you mean, by bouncy? bouncing when it shouldn't be bouncing? like as if the spindles were bent, or tires were mis-shapened?

Could be the brakes dragging if that is a new lift and the cables are stretched tight.Just a thought

I mis read this post, its bouncy on a smooth road he said. Check the tires for roundness, maybe they have a ball or arent mounted properly, bent rim or something else bent.
