Default Finally getting started

Alright, I am getting started on my conversion.

I still have some engine work I am doing on my V twin, its a 627 cc Briggs
that I converted from natural gas to downdraft stock carb.
I have to do the lift to fit the motor, and to save coin and
get an A arm, I found a donor ATV frame, a Suzuki of some sort.

Nice, goodluck man! Looks like you picked up and old Quadsport/Quadracer chassis, I had one of those in the 90's. Once again, goodluck, the quad IFS carts are coming out of the wood work!

yeah..

for now I am just going to attach some extensions I am making from the old mount, on the steering arm and use the stock quad links..

It will get me by till I can fine tune it.

I can tell already its too soft, the shocks are likely worn out, they are dialed
all the way up and it is sagging..

Any good ideas on where to get some better suited shocks ?

oh yeah and I like that this clip has working disk brakes..!!

Yea, I'm looking forward to the disk brakes too! The stock shocks of tha era weren't all that great to begin with. Mine were nearly clapped out and my Quad was only 6 years old then. Look into some 400ex/ 450r shocks or Yamaha YFZ shocks. Gl again!
