I was looking at this winch? http://www.walmart.com/catalog/produ...ndingMethod=rr has any one ever mounted on like this and if so how???

any other ideas? Thank you

why not extend a plate off the front of your cart and bolt it on? something heavy enough so that it won't bend when you use it. upgrade your battery too. what could go wrong. if it doesn't work.....it was just a prototype anyway, and you've just gained a leaning experience.
