Default too many toys laying around!!

well i got a noland utility cart for the family to ride around the property with...and i have a yamaha warrior with a blown engine...i guess im gonna swap the a arm front end under the noland so i can get decent brakes, suspension travel, and some lift. the stock setup on this cart is like a pair of half leaf springs suspending a front axle tube with a single shock.the steering setup should work in my favor because it uses a steering box with a drag link to a centered bellcrank-that i can just attatch the warrior tie rod ends to.im planning on using the warrior rear brake master cylinder to run the front brakes off the brake pedal.for the rear lift im flipping the axle tubes so it will bolt under the cradle, giving me about 2" of lift along with dropping the spring mounts down and the front mounting brackets to make it level again.should end up with about 6"' of lift all around when im done.after all this i'll probably swap in a 13hp engine i have sitting around right now...maybe something lil bigger(600cc???
heres the donor warrior

heres the factory noland suspension setup up front

and the rear of the noland...3 coil springs and 1 shock?

and why im doing it...this is at the end of my driveway

the front end measures exactly the same as the noland right now,and the length im thinking of cutting the frame at to graft it into the noland puts the front tires 1" farther forward than they are now.so far so good..gotta put the rear end back together later today after i weld up the spider gears so i can see if i need to move the engine back or if i can just clock the rear end center housing a bit to make the belt the correct length again

wohoo got 6" of lift in the rear from just moving the axle to under the swingarm.still need to remount the engine so the belt is the correct length,so i gotta do some research on how long the distance from clutch to clutch should be. at least i ended up with the same amoun t of lift i'll end up with up front by doing the warrior front suspension swap.

yep, thats right down the rd from me...
got the engine mounted in the correct place and got it all back together last night.got to take it for a ride, but with no brakes because of how i flipped the axle tubes.not too worried abut rear brakes, once i swap the front end under ther i'll have discs up front to stop me.hoping to get the front end started this weekend, but have a bunch of friends taking the quads out to 5a for a camping trip so im guessing im not gonna get a lot done.
