Looking for the +'s and -'s on this lift setup
I came across this lift kit at the Golf Cart Lift Kit Store (.com) while looking at what is out there in the form of a 6" lift for my '91 gas club car. It says it is a A arm kit and I was wondering if anybody has bought/used one of these before and has any info on the kit, good, bad, or otherwise. The only off road my cart will see is the dirt/dust on the street and a dirt parking lot once in a while, in other words I won't be beating on it. I have seen the Jake's 6" spindle deal but I just like the look of the longer A arms.
Here is a picture of the kit 11680981317601842311044.jpg Thanks for any insight. |

Hey Sonic thanks for the link, that sure looks just like the kit in my picture. I will go to his thread and see if he has anything to say about the install/quality etc.

Support a site sponsor when you decide what kit to purchase. I have found that 3r offers the best deal on kits here with their 10% off bgw code and a majority of their kits are free shipping. There are chinese kits and usa kits(jakes and allsports). I have no experiance with jakes but I can say that allsports are well made kits, I have ran into a problem with the chinese kits as far as getting replacement bushings and they over all use a lesser quality steel. Do with this info what you may these are my opinions on the subject, but in my opinion if you like the a arm I would use allsports or even look into the allsports super sport.

Re: Looking for the +'s and -'s on this lift setup
Kidder I have no quams buying from a site sponser/advertiser and did not know about the 10% deal at RRR so thanks for that heads up. Also thanks for the reply, that's what I am looking for, the imported stuff not so good (who would figured) and I did not know who made this kit "Allsport", two good pieces of information right there.

All sports I believe is made right here in Pensacola Florida. I have the 7.5" super sport on my DS and couldnt me happier with it. I wasnt sure if the picture was Allsports or not the chinese kit photos look close.
