Newly Lifted Precedent Rubbing rear Tires

I have an 04 Precedent and just had a 6 inch Jake's spindle kit installed. The shop had a used set of 23x10.5x12 with Python AT tires that he said would fit.

They do fit and I like the look but the rear rubs very easily at any kind of angle even after trimming the fenders. Do you guys recommend using an add a leaf or replacing the springs altogether? I do have a rear flip seat and the stock springs are flat with maybe a bit of negative arch.

front, top or rear opening? inner fenderwell?
Depends where it is rubbing as to what corrective action to take, got pictures?

I could be wrong here, but I believe that precedents need the heavy duty rear spring mounted on them to keep them from rubbing the rear fender well, especially with 23" tires mounted on them.

If the fender were a clock it is rubbing at the 9 to 11 o'clock position, I have enough clearance just too much movement during normal use. I would expect it to rub if I really get it crossed up. The stock single leaf is so soft I can press down on the corner and move it almost to the tire.

Heavy duty springs are usually added when installing a rear seat. Also welding the brackets to the differential helps keep it from twisting when taking off or braking unlike just U bolts.
