What Size Off Road Lights????

Does anybody know what size lights you can install on the Jakes front safari bar installed on a club car DS? Attatched a pics of the bumper I am gonna use.

I'm thinking a 4 in. round light would fit (from the photos I have seen). You could give Jake's a call, they seem pretty helpful.

This is a Jakes bar. 6" KC knock-off's just fit. i got these from Harbor Freight, $15.00 ea.
Work well, 55 watt.

Thanks for the pics, I ordered 5" just to make sure. Is teh 55 watt pretty good as far as light?

For a 30 MPH car, there fine. For an 80 MPH car, not so much!!
Thats 8 amps with the 2 lights. The generator only puts out 15 amps. So you shouldn't go any more wattage.

So do you think two 100 watt lights will be ok on my club car gas?

Rose , I would say no. If you have tail lights on it, thats about guessing another 2 amps, so thats 10. It takes power to run a generator pulling a load,(meaning the more amps its putting out, the harder it is to turn) so the less you have on it the more power your gonna have to move the car. Granted, you only run the lights at night, so you decide. Also, I put leds in for tail lights, extremely low amp draw. I would diffenitly not run 100 watters.
