My lifted cart now fits in my camper!!!
Thanks to Dave from XT Innovations, a site sponsor here. I was having an issue with my newly lifted golf cart fitting into my new toyhauler. Dave posted a video of a hinge system he developed for the roof supports. Dave sold me the hinges and I got them installed this week. Here is a little video of our test fit into the back of my camper.

The hinges and bolts and pins are really stiff and super strong. No rattles at all.

James,
I received an email from Paul LeFrancois that said he is also interested in a set based on your cart. Do you know the size of his square tubing 3/4" or 1"? A 2001 Club Car stock carts supports are painted black correct? He asked me how many inches the roof drops (5") do you think that is enough for him also? XT |

Paul's supports are 1" and they are indeed black. The drop is plenty for him. I just talked to him.
