there is some cool stuff there and there prices are real good,,, there customer service though sucks(at least the guy i talked too).... i orderd 3 things monday 2 heim joints, shock tabs and inserts, for my new 3-4 link suspension.,, they havent shipped yet,, and the idiot i talked to couldnt tell me why,, said i should get an email monday. he couldnt tell me why it has taken a week to ship.or even if they had in stock....... but they do have some really cool stuff especially for the 4x4 market,,, i just never had it take a week to ship unless it was backordered and they let you know when order or sent a email the next day...

Heck dude its just the normal shipping times of a lot of places. I guess myself a week is really a small amount of time to get bent about. Course I still remember that 69.95 go cart kit that I ordered out of the back of a Boy's Life magazine and was told it would take 60 to 90 days to ship. Nothing like spending a summer of waiting. Then when it did show up a box full of tubes and metal mountings. Certainly didn't look like the picture in the magazine.

Order from them about every 2 weeks. I've had them do some custom work as well. Every interaction has been top notch.

Their parts are always top notch.

Did you call Friday afternoon? They are usually out "testing" their parts and are short staffed.
