Default G19E Front suspension issues - HELP!

I am about to wits end! I have a 98' G19E w/ an Allsports 7" A- frame lift. When I installed the kit, I also sent to the shocks to Plowman's for a rebuild due to a camber issue (Passenger side worst). Once all was installed and compete, the passenger side has always been / about a 1/2". I replaced a worn tie rod end. Same. Swapped the shocks around. Same. Ordered a king pin kit and then both sides were / \. After checking the new pins, I found them to be .020 smaller than the old so I re-installed the old ones. Still / \. Spindal bearings appear to be fine. Does anyone else have any other suggestions?? Thanks

I would jack the tire off the ground right behind the wheel under the arm, with a block of wood. Then grab the tire and see if it will move in/out at top or any other way that is loose. On the jack the suspension will have weight on it like it normally does. If thats good you have to look at the arm pivots on the frame for play. If all that is good, well the lift or cart frame is not right. It may take some doing to figure out what is off, or measuring rather. Another test can be kick the tire in (facing lugs), at the front and rear and top. Listen for knock type sounds and watch for the tire to move.

i remember some guys talking about this before...i think he had the spindles swapped side for side. They have just a slight different angle to them...might try that

i know this is probably dumb to ask but did you drive it at all? when I put the allsport lift on mine I was freaking out because after I installed it and let it down on the ground the camber was awful. then I had to move it out of the way (after I had taken the king pins out and swithched the spindles twice) the friction of the tread on the tires when you drive pulls the shocks down/wheels out to where they should be. mine were cambered the opposite of yours but when I swapped the spindles left to right they were the same as yours. hope this helps.

Really there is no weight on the front, you need to drive the cart forward and reverse, then the front should be pretty close with people weight on the cart. If your toe is off the forward/reverse will have different heights sometimes but that settles the tires anyway.

Same thing happened to me after my Allsports install on my G16, could not get the toe in set, I installed the spindles on the wrong side and upside down! Corrected that and havent had a problem since!
