Front coil overs
Has anyone found a coil over shock to work on a CC DS with a lift? I think you can replace the stock shock with motorcycle/four wheeler shocks but they need to be the right lenth and tension.

Re: Front coil overs
I know there are a few people on here that have used coil over shocks from quads, and even fox shocks. I have a set of fox 2.0 airshocks for the front of mine but they are untested as of yet. Admittedly my project is a little different (15 inches of lift and long travel) but if you know your compressed and extended lengths and have an idea of what your desired spring rate is you shold be able to find what you're looking for. There is also a good chance someone here will chime in with info specific to your application.
