Default I murdered my 2005 EZ GO

I blew up my D&D motor so I decided to just rip the entire cart apart and do some modifications.

new motor: Advanced Motor EY7-4001
upgrade controller: New DCX500 PDS Controller with fuse
HD Solenoid: MZJ-400 48V Solenoid
3 amp Diode
470 ohm Pre-charge Resistor w/ 3/8" terminal

HD leaf springs in the rear (4)
front coil shocks
4" inch wheel spacers around the cart
redo of the paint (Matte black)
redo of the seat covers
new tires and wheels for better rock climbing

All in all, it took me up about 2 more inches with the coil shocks and the 23" inch tires instead of the 22"s I had on it...

Just need to put the backseat and the Jake's roll cage on this evening and we should be golden

Thanks Spriddle! I like the way it turned out so far... I'm with you, it looks more like an ATV than an EZ GO.

I will post the final pictures when the last bolt is on.

D&D makes as good a motor as anyone, I wouldn't be concerned.

It lasted me about 3 years - it was my fault on the trashing of the motor, but I needed more torque anyway.

OK, mostly finished - just a few small modifications to go.

Nice job on the stealth redo!
Does the rear seat sit level?

The backseat is off by a little under a 1/4 inch. Good eye.

I considered putting a few solid spacers in the rear to get it level. Do you see any problems besides the aesthetics?
