I guess this is as is tall is it gets until something goes bigger. For now, it appears that this would be a world record holder!
Possibly? But certainly not as a "golf cart".
It appears everywhere you have proposed that theory, they disagree. This does not qualify as a "lifted golf cart"!
It's like saying that wearing cologne makes you better looking, thinner, and possibly younger.

"A golf cart or golf buggy (called golf car in ANSI standard Z130.1, since "carts" are not self-propelled)[1] is a small vehicle designed originally to carry two golfers and their golf clubs around a golf course or on desert trails with less effort than walking." - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Golf_cart

Does it fit the role? I don't see any country club allowing this machine on their greens LOL! But if that rule was applied across the board, many "golf carts" shown on this forum wouldn't qualify either. Interesting!

I'm going with a no! It specifies "less effort than walking". Climbing into that monstrosity dis-qualifies it.

I had a ezgo body in the back of my Tundra last week...

Could it be that I had a 385 HP golf cart?? SWEET!

No offense subypal, but, technically it's not a golf car...
and for your info... at least 3/4's of the "golf cars" on this forum would never be allowed on a golf coarse,
H*ll... my "golf car" is really considered a "hunting vehicle" made by a golf car company,
but, everything I've (and most people here) have done to our carts have kept it... a golf car!

THAT... is not a golf car, it's just a golf car body on some sort of steel platform!

sorry... but, I truly feel that your not going to win this debate!

Just a note:
Kelly, and rifter have some... ummm... "unusual" builds, but, I still consider them a "golf car"

Why, you ask?
I guess it's just because of the respect that I have for them, for what they have, and what they're doing with them!

I'm done now!

I think this is the video of that air bagged one you were talking about
I don't own the video just found it. But the tires are 49" iroks and I think the build quality is far above the other one.

Here is a still pic, it is very nicely done and I would be proud to call it a golf cart. It may not be 12' tall but it doesn't look like scaffolding with big azz tires on it. Here is a link to the builders website.

That one sits on Interco's 54's. but also notice that it is proportional. i would love to see it in person because it is very very well built. its not some shade tree slop job.
