Default loss of power on hills and flat terrain

guys been losing sleep on this one. i have a 05 36 pds with 500amp controller, and all the necessary upgrade for such . switched out all the batteries , checked all the cables and connections and cart still acts like if it wants to die after around 5 min . replaced two cable that were warm to the touch. i did check all the batteries, well actually the tech did, he said everything looks good. i had him check pot box, and it was fine, he said controller and solenoid are fine, tommorow dropping motor. My question is would a bad motor act like this or did my tech miss something? lights stay brite. the only thing my tech said was bad was the charge guage on the cart which he replaced.

If 2 cables are bad they may all be ready for replacement ...

How is your tech testing the batteries?
