New tie rods - Toe in / camber settings
I have a EZGO with Terra Toys lift front and rear. The steering box was sloppy even after adjustments so I replaced it. I found some flaws in the original build so I fixed those with modifications to the tie rods. Will be putting everything back together.
Can use advise on proper camber and toe in settings as I will take it in for an alignment and don't know what to tell them. |

Toe in +1/32 to 1/16" per side 1/8" max total should be plenty. Camber you try to keep as close to zero as you can at ride height. normaly its 0 to plus 1/2 deg for an unloaded vehicle.

Re: New tie rods - Toe in / camber settings
What year is your cart? I have a 2001.5 with a Terra toys lift and mine is sloppy as well. What steering box did you replace yours with?
Thanks |
