hey there,
i used that exact lift on my 92 cc ds.. it is a great lift, heavy duty!! but to keep a soft ride i still used the stock rear springs. Im running 26in blackwaters. they will rub in the rear a little on hard bumps. otherwise you will love it!!

John, thanks for the response, did you buy the 6 inch or 7.5? What is used to lift the rear? I was thinking of using the havy duty rear leafs with some four wheeler coilovers. Has anyone done this with suggestions or pics, I know I seen it in a thread somewhere but cant find it. thanks to everyone out here by the way who contributes so much info, this site is a wealth of knowledge.

i just put that lift on my dad's 02 club car yesterday. for the money i think it is probably the best bang for the buck. the ride is pretty good. i have the stretch plastics long travel on my cart and it obviously doesnt ride quite as soft as that but it is a ton cheaper. i think it blows spindle, z-bracket and most a-arm kits away. it wasnt that hard to install. it took about 3 hours to dissassemble and install the front and have the camber and toe in set. the rear and putting everything back on took maybe another 2 hours. im not the fastest so you might be able to do it even quicker than that. any more questions you might have let me know. my dad loved the kit as well.

Here is the 7.5" kit installed along with the 4" zbracket lift that was on cart when I bought it. I am currently fabbing a custom 4 link rear with coilovers and an extremely beefed 10" custom zbracket lift. I am going with either 29 0r 30 inch tires. The lift is nice but next time I think I will do the Long travel lift for more travel. No complaints though it's great for money.
