Jakes DS offset plate

Hey guys, just found a jakes offset plate which will allow for larger tires to be installed on a stock cart. My question is, Can I use it on a cart with a 6" lift for more clearance on 23" tires?

Yes, it pushes the front leaf assembly forward so the tires don't hit the downward lip of your fender.
