I recently installed a lift kit on my Ezego txt my batteries are 6 months old. when fully charged I have 37.5 volts after riding for 15 minutes The cart begins to be sluggish and not want to pull when I then check voltage it is 32.5 can you advise what needs to be done to correct this problem

Assuming you did add larger tires... You're motor is pulling way more amperage now. Larger tires = larger gear ratio. I'd upgrade the controller, cables, F-R switch, and go to 48 volt.

Yep, sounds like your batts aren't holding up too well. 37.5 is only 80% charge and seems very low for that short of a run. 32.5 is way way low. Are you sure that was a good reading? If so, you are likely in need of batteries. Are they all good on water level...all connections clean and tight? I would check all that and read up on battery care in the stickies about testing and maintenance. Welcome to BGW by the way. I have a Cajun buddy...lives right down the road from me.

This might be a crazy notion but are your front tires lines. If they are way out of line, as they would be after adding a lift, you might be causing more drag. That idea might be waaay out there, but I suppose possible.

Check your brakes to make sure they aren't dragging. Sometimes when you lift a cart it tightens the brake lines!! My $0.02!!!

did you upgrade your battery cables from batt to batt and controler to motor, if not GO 4ga. minimum. but like stated sounds like you have a battery issue. this can also be caused by a bad cable. also have your charger tested. i have seen a few chargers not fuly charge the battery pack. What charger are you using. if its a QE charger, I am gonna vote for a bad charger.

Check each battery you may have one that has a short in it. It only takes one battery top ruin a set.
