Cool Custom Ride!
I saw this buggy at a car lot a few months ago. It says PMA Motor Sports etched in the window. I don't know what kind of buggy it is but someone did a really great job making it. I figured folks on this site could appreciate the work that went into it.

Looks like it started as a GEM car to me.

Re: Cool Custom Ride!
I like the seats a lot, steering column, wheels/tires, not so sure on the rest of it. Its kinda convoluted looking like the project started one way and ended up completely different. Double fenders in front, that just looks wrong.

Re: Cool Custom Ride!
It is an odd piece for sure sho305, the seats had "Viper" stitched into them. Can't remember if Dodge was stitched too. Kind of a hodge podge mix of components suited for the builders taste I guess.

Re: Cool Custom Ride!
Almost looks like front wheel drive. And what is in the back, a hot tub? Refrigerator? Paddy wagon jail cell? LOL. Somebody sure worked on it for a while.

Re: Cool Custom Ride!
All Gems if not mistaken are front wheel drive. Well the early ones I think were.

Re: Cool Custom Ride!
I think you are right all of them are front wheel drive. I checked on alot of these before I got my MSV (med. sp. veh. ) tags for my G-20. I couldn't be happier to keep my Yamaha, I want to do some front suspension work and a big block a little later.
I drive my cart almost ever day and luv it!!!!! I may do side curtains and a heater and drive it year round. |
