Default 05 Club car DS need help with front end

I installed the 6" spindle lift with the wheel base extension kit and cannot get the caster and camber adjusted. The right looks correct, but the left is way out. I just ordered a new front leaf sping. Do you thing that will fix it?

Newt, sound like the toe, not the caster. I just went through this last night. I posted in the Club Car forum how one tire was straight and the other was cocked. Someone said it was an optical illusion and I believe it. On my 99, i loosened both nuts on each end of tie rod. Measure from center of tire at hub level on the front and back of the tires. Turn the tie rod to adjust accordingly. Mines not exact, but pretty close. For a rough mesurement you can measure inside to inside of front tires at hub level on front and rear of tires.

As far as the camber, there should be camber adjustment bolts. I used a 24" framing square. My garage floor is level. Adjust accordingly

Hope this helps

Was it in tow when you replaced the batteries?
