Default G16 Shock Help

I have an 2001 G16 with a big block and an Jakes 6" lift kit with 23" tires. My issue is that when I do a little spirited driving the rear wheels rub on the back of the wheel wells and rear bumper mount. In and of itself it's not a big issue until I mount my roll cage and rear seat, pretty sure at that point it will almost rub constantly. I am wondering if different shocks would help, I am currently running the stock shocks and am hoping that some one will have a shock and part number that I can use to cure this issue.

Checked with site sponsors and get Jakes HD rear springs and also the rear bumper has probably been ran into and pushed in. I have used a port a power and jacked the rear crossbar out. Other members have tied a chain around it and attached oter end of chain to a tree and snatched the bumper out.

Craig, my first thought was that the rear bumper might have been bent in. I took a look at it and it is straight. I might have to go to the HD springs but I'm hoping to still have a decent ride if I can. Do the HD springs make the ride extremely stiff?
