Re: Polaris Front End /discs
Nice man! Haha I liked how you rigged the 4-wheeler's front brake lever to the cart's brake system.
I'm looking to possibly use a Sportsman 500 4x4 front end for mine, if I end up going with a Sportsman 500 4x4 rear end and motor. I have a G2 as well as a G16 limo as projects, so I'm pretty sure I want to give one of them 4WD, probably the limo. |

Re: Polaris Front End /discs
Thanks I saw on here where someone had the MC in front of the pedal. I thought about it for a week and could not figure out how to make it work like that. This just seamed easier for me.

Re: Polaris Front End /discs
That front looks boss! I want. I'm going to try to get another cart to build this summer but hard to say what will happen. Got a lot of things out of the way so I can play more but who knows. Certainly planning an atv front of some kind and big block. I'd rather get a workhorse though and those carts are harder to find, or maybe a limo, and run 25s minimum.

Re: Polaris Front End /discs
More pics coming. I cut the front end loose and moved it forward about 1.5 ". It was rubbing when turning to the right and compressing the suspension . I did not have the rack centered so the bottom u-joint would clear the frame. SO, I notched out the frame, centered the u-joint and know I am trying to find a longer rod to tie the two u-joints together.
