Stock hubs not fitting 6" ARM club car 2003
I purchased a 6" Jakes A-Arm kit and installed but am now at the end and realize the hub doens't fit. I asssume the hub should just slide on the new spindle. I assume it's the wrong spindles for my 2003 Club Car with black covers. I haven't had a very good experience with the vendor to date getting parts swapped out and has taken almost 10 weeks to get a correction on some other parts. We have some local CC dealers and wondered if I can just buy hubs to fit the spindle and can I reuse my original bearings.
Thanks, T Last edited by Trepan; 05-11-2012 at 08:23 AM.. Reason: better title descriptioin |

Yes
You must have received a standard lift and for a cart with black dust covers you would have needed a 03.5 and up Metric lift. You can use the newer style hubs to cure your problem of have the vendor ship you the correct spindles. |

No, it is the bearings that are different. The old style uses tapered roller bearings with a standard size ID. the new style uses 2 sealed ball bearings with a metric ID

Thanks very much for the assistance. I picked up the new hubs at a local club car dealer and was exactly as you described.
