Default Golf Cart King

Just a quick SHOUT OUT to the guys (Brent, JR and Aaron) at Golf Cart King, one of our site sponsors. They were EXTREMLY helpful in my quest to fix the cart my daughter "treed" for me.

http://www.golfcartking.com/

I ordered a Jakes Long Travel, a Jakes prerunner style bar and some other associated parts. They beat every deal I could find and I called about 20 places and looked all over ebay.

They are busy on the phone so have patience with them, you won't be disappointed!!!

Good to hear. I have ordered stuff from them also.

Hope they make the CAW ride in July.

I've had good luck with them also. They usually have the best price I find on E-bay and fast shipping.

I also am a satisfied customer of theirs. Have ordered multiple times from them, and have all the same great things to say!

I ordered a high torque motor from them Wednesday afternoon 5/16 and it came today 5/18 via UPS. You can't beat that and they were very competitive on pricing. I'll definitely consider them again in the future!

I've been buying from Aaron since he started. He has stayed true to being a reputable and honest business. I recommend them all the time.

I ordered a diamond plate kit from them on 5/27 along with many other parts. I have ordered from them many times and have always had great service. This time they have dropped the ball. They gave me the wrong tracking number on my purchase to start with. When I realized that, I sent them an email Saturday and told them I still had not received my kit and they had given me the wrong tracking info. I did not get a reply all weekend which was fine but by Monday evening I still had not heard back from them. I sent them another email asking what is going on with my part and they apologized for the delay in shipping and said they would send me the correct tracking number either last night or first thing this morning. Well, it's 11:00 now and still no reply or tracking number from them. I have to assume that the stuff I ordered has not even been shipped yet. I can understand a shipping delay but at least communicate with me.

This is not meant to be in their defense (I sorta had the same problem). In order to be competitive in the "computer age" many businesses no longer stock everything they sell (this keeps the price down in terms of shipping expense, overhead, and allows them to be a "one stop shop") they "drop ship" meaning they just sell you a part that comes from someone else, be it the manufacturer, the warehouse or another distributor. When I ordered from them about half of my order came from Nivel with the rest coming from Jakes and another manufacturer. It took them a couple of days and a few phone calls (I did realize that any salesperson there could track my order) to get me the tracking info also because Novel and Jakes had to process the order and communicate back to them.

I would suggest you just call them again, first thing in the morn and tell them you will stay on the phone until they figure out where your stuff is.........

You don't even want to know how screwed up my order at Allied Electrical has been for 6 days with more BS than you have ever seen

Yeah, I know they drop-ship which is why I said I can understand a shipping delay. What I don't like is the lack of communication from them. Just tell me what's going on and I'm pretty easy to get along with. If you tell me you will have me a tracking number by first thing the next morning then send me the tracking number by first thing the next morning. Of if you don't have a tracking number drop me a note and tell me that.

Well, I sent them another email this morning to see if they would respond. I let them know that I was not happy. A little while later they called me but I missed the call and they left me a message saying to call them back and they would provide the tracking info. I called them right back and stayed on hold for about 20 minutes before giving up and hanging up. I called back again in about 30 minutes and they answered right away. I told them who I was and asked what the tracking number was for my order. After looking over my info the guy told me that they did not have a tracking number yet. He apologized and offered to give me a discount on the order for the problem. I told him that a discount was not necessary but I needed my parts. He promised me that he would have me a tracking number by closing today on my order and he would call with it. Guess what, did not hear from them at all this evening like he promised. So, still no tracking number and still no communication. I have to admit it's getting old.
