Can I use a 22x7x10 on my 10x7 rims? It may be a silly question, but I just want to be sure it's not to narrow.

You should probably be okay, but the problem is going to be if you rub the tire up against a rock, or a tree, etc. You might bang up the wheel pretty bad, or rip a valve stem, or destroy the rim of the wheel entirely.
I would be careful airing them down to 3psi as well if you make a tight turn it might break the bead, etc. Whether any of my opinions hold water or not depends on if there are any holes... |

My wheels have a double bead. You ever hit anything hard enough to break the bead you have probably broken something else. I never run more than 3 psi offroad.
