Hello all,
Well I took you advice and upgraded to the Jakes lift and I am at a camp ground right now trying to install it and I can do everything but get the pins out of the the spindles. It says to just hit them out and I am but there not budging. I am missing something,
Thanks

mine were easy to get out with a sharp smack on the G9. On my G16 I had to beat on them with a sledge hammer on top and a socket on the bottom. then flip the arm over and do it again a couple of times.

great info... just bought a Roll Pin Punch Set for $12 at ACo and plan on taking mine apart tonight. Ordered a "King pin and bushing kit" from 3r that I need to install.

Tim, make sure you "never seize" the king pins where they go through the spindle. And grease where they go into the bushings and seals. Also thrust washers get grease on top of spindle. Never seize the roll pins also.

It sure would help if these manufactures would use about a nickle's worth of anti-seize when they assemble each cart. Rear hubs, clutches, Electric motor shaft, king pin assemblies could all benefit.
Okay, I'm done berating the manufactures
