I was tgalking with a guy that works ofr a golfcart place and I just recently purchased a 1998 EZGO 36 volt cart, I want to do a lift and go with bigger tires. He said that the big tires really take the power and your batteries don't last very long. I this correct and if so what do you do about this?
Thanks Mike |

Due to the bigger tires, the only thing I lost was a little low end torque but I gained top end speed. I usually re-charge before my battries go dead so I cant say I noticed a great decrease in battery longevity.. I still ride it for days before having to re-charge. You could also gain the power back and more by just having your motor re-worked.. The cost to do that, is less than $300 (in most cases) Cuz |
