Re: A-Arm lift matching
The way I measure a lift is at the floorboards. Find out what the ground clearance at the floorboards of a stock cart of the same brand, model, year as yours. Now measure your ground clearance at the same point. The difference is your total lift. This will measure actual lifted height. However, some lifts say 6" and the true lifted height might only be 5".
Without the stock parts to compare side to side it would be hard to tell by looking at your suspension parts to determine the lifted height. Most stock carts have a ground to floorboard measurement of around 8" give or take a little. |

Re: A-Arm lift matching
You need to measure ground to floorboard as SLONOMO says but then also measure from the ground to the center of the wheel spindle and subtract that number from the floorboard number. This gives you the spindle to floorboard height which is what lift numbers are based off of. Floorboard to ground also factors in tire height.

Re: A-Arm lift matching
If you are able to post a picture of the lift, someone here may be able to identify it and tell you what you have. I'm curious, why would you want to replace an A-arm lift? Is it damaged? Most people prefer the ride and performance A-arm lifts offer.
