electric vs gas Jakes LT
Can anyone tell me the difference between the gas and electric Jakes LT lift kit? I have a gas TXT and there is a electric LT kit for sale in the used forum and I'd like to help out a fellow member and get a good deal if they are similar enough. I see they have a different part number on the jakes website but the pictures look nearly identical except for a few parts... what are those parts? can I purchase them separately?
Thanks! Mike |

Re: electric vs gas Jakes LT
This probably would be a better question for the people at Jakes. I would try and call them, they were very helpful when I had a question a year ago.
I would assume that you could "modify" whatever is different if you are looking to save some bucks. |

Re: electric vs gas Jakes LT
If they are in the same year range of lift then the main difference is the rear lift part. The front end will be the same, I think you should be able to call Jakes and just order the parts you need for the rear.
