Default 1989 club Car lift

Would I be fine putting a three inch or four inch lift on my 1989 club car with the KF82 engine in it? (10 inch wheels)

The size of lift really doesn't matter... it's the size of the tires that does!
There are some here that have 6" of lift with 22" tires that have no problems with their KF82 engines, except just a little bit of torque loss,

I think you'll be fine!

I had an 86 with 6 inch Jakes lift and 22 inch All-Trails. It ran fine with sound KF-82 and no governor.

Mine is an 89 it has 14 inch wheels and 23 inch Sarah Classics... Runs fine little lose in the torque department but nothing that would hinder it from going on basic trails and up hills.. I am saving up for a Duromax 16hp....

I just ordered the Allsport Super Sport 6" double A-arm lift for my '87. Should be here in a couple of days. I'll be running 22s on it. Pumped!
