Default Newbie on here with some questions

I have a 2007 st 2+2. It is already lifted from factory but I want to go bigger with it. I've seen the long travel lift kits. Is that a good lift? What is the biggest tire you can run with that lift? How much adjustment do you have in the springs? Any help be great.
THANKS STEVE

Welcome Steve! First which Long Travel kit are you refering to? All Sports, Jake's, Stretch..... I have the Jake's and 25s fit with ease. If I were going to build another I would probably use the All Sports next time.

Whatever lift that is better. What do you recommend? Why you all sports next time? What is the issue with Jakes?

I had issues with the mounting plate wanting to bend inward when the shocks would bottom out. I reinforced it with a piece of angle iron on the back that stopped that. Also I dont like the way they attach the upper shock ends. It's a long bolt that is only supported on one side. I saw where others had the shock actually push off the rubber insert and completly off the bolt head. Mine was starting to do that so I made a support bracket for the front to distribute the forces being applied to the shock head and keep that from happening. After making the two extra supports I am very happy with the function of the Jake's lift and not to mention I love its looks. Just would try out something different next time. I have some pictures of the supports I made in one of my albums.

As far as what I recommend, either is great but I would add the angle iron to the back of the Jake's if you go with it.
