Lift Kit Overall Height Questions
Hey all... couple quick questions for ya...
I recently bought a Precedent cart stock with stock roof... I actually want to retain as much stock as possible but may want to go to a slightly more aggressive tire set... but also I can only allow the cart to lift at top height by 2" (3" at the most) so it can still clear going in our garage... right now its at just shy of 69" high... and I know our bobcat just clears at a height of slightly over 71"... I am not opposed to just doing tires if it would work... or really anything else for that matters as long as I can get it in the garage without tearing down the door |

Re: Lift Kit Overall Height Questions
they make stock size mud tires that don't require a lift. I saw a set on Craigslist near me the other day.

Well more looking at a "turf" type tire so I dont tear up the grass here... but do they generally end up being larger at all when you go to a "same size" more aggressive tire?

You can get Turf-tires in 18" and 20".I've got 20"x10"-8" Turfs on my Zero-Turn,bought them last year thru a local tire-supplier,they are Titan-brand(copy of Goodyear Soft-Trac).

Re: Lift Kit Overall Height Questions
Thanks for the responses! I decided to go with a more "street" set up since I really wont be taking it much off "grass"... went with 205/50-10 tires and some new wheels... =)

Re: Lift Kit Overall Height Questions
I hope they fit for you. I have the same cart and went with 215/40/12 tires and wheels. They only measure 19" high but they rub on my cart with no lift. I am now trying to installHD springs and may still have to trim some of the Precednt body trim.

I hope so too... the 205s are 18.1" so I should be ok... I am really no where close... I wonder why the 19s were too tall for you... do you have the same clearance as I have in my profile pic?

Re: Lift Kit Overall Height Questions
You can see the difference. The new tires should have only been .25 inches higher into the wheel well and .25 inches of lift from the ground.
