Default Double A Arm lift - crazy request

Crazy request, but can anyone that has a Jakes double a-arm or maybe even an allsport super-sport lift do me a favor?

Can you take your front wheels in hand with hand position at 3 and 9 and see if you can rock the tire back and forth? If so, how much and what parts are moving?

In an effort to get to the bottom of a continuing bumpy ride issue, it would help me greatly to know if something I discovered is normal or not. I've got a call into Jakes as well but figured comparison would help.

Thanks to anyone that has time to humor me. :)

I'm pretty sure it will move and spin the steering wheel also.

I have an ez go though, so it may not help much. I can give it a shot this evening when I get home.

I have brand new front hubs and bearings, new rear axle, new motor, new lift, new tires and rims. I need to replace shocks but otherwise running gear is new.

Planning to replace shocks and rear spring bushings but wanted to see how much play others have in their lift front end.

I had an issue with a loose feeling tire, it turned out that the old spindle was bad, and the bearings had play as a result. Once the spindle was replaced, the problem went away for me, but my issue wasn't a bumpy ride, more a desire to keep the bearings from going bad.

What I'm seeing is a movement front to back that looks like the bushing and or bolt at the upper A arm connection to the club car A frame tower is allowing some pivot even though it has been mechanically tightened as tight as it can reasonably go.

Wondered how much others would move so I can determine if maybe I have an issue like bad bushing, out of spec part, etc. or if this is simply normal.

I guess the other thought I have is maybe my tie rod and steering box are supposed to be holding this tighter and maybe one of them has issue as those are parts I've not replaced.
