Need Help Finding a Wheel (rim)

I am working on a new build and narrowed my choices down to 3 different size tires (listed below) but am having a hard time finding a rim for any of them because I need a certain amount of backspacing and dont want to use spacers, mainly because they cost so much. I found one set of steel rims that will fit one of the below tires but they are a dull gray and they wanted over $200 for them plus shipping (another $45)..

Here are the tire sizes (the one I favor is #2)..

1) 25x13x9 (no more than 2" of backspacing)
2) 24x12-10 (no more than 2.5" of backspacing)
3) 22x12x8 (no more than 2.5" of backspacing)

Have you tried Rocky Top on ebay. They have a wide variety of wheel and tire combos and decent prices. I ordered parts from them a couple of years ago and they have good after sale support.
