Default Lifting a Club Car for 22x11x8 tires

I put a set of shiny wheels and fat tires on my Club Car just to see what it looks like. They're 22x11x8 Sahara's on chrome 8x8 wheels. The front tires hit the fender lip when I turn the wheel which means I can't even move it around the shop like it is. Back tires clear ok but would definitely scrub going over bumps. A couple inches of lift should do the trick. Looks like increasing the shackle length on the rear springs might work for the back but the front end looks not so simple. Is there a cheap and easy way to get the clearance I need?

(This is likely where I find out a `98 Club Car DS is the most complicated and expensive cart to lift).

Sorry to say,but If you buy a kit, they aren't the cheapest to lift. The "Z-Lift" is the cheapest, but you have to cut the frame. They do offer some bolt-on kits for around $300 or so,minus tires/wheels.

The 3" Jake's lift looks good. I want the least amount of lift possible. I don't like a lot of daylight between the tire and fender lip. I don't like slammed vehicles either. I'm somewhere between the two camps. I would never discourage somebody from overdoing things though. I even like the 50 year old Chevy Biscaynes that jump around all by themselves.
