Club Car xrt 1500 Questions
I ran across one of these for sale but haven't looked at it yet (100 miles away) or ever seen one before. It's an 08, 4 wheel drive, 4 wheel hydraulic brakes and has a 20hp Kawasaki.
The questions are... anyone have one? ever lifted one? do they make lift kits for one? and what size tires are on it stock? I have had 15 or so ezgo's but never had a CC, this one kinda interests me. Thanks SB |

We spent a lot of time on it and they are fantastic, the one we brought in for our customer has the diesel Kubota in it. I think you will be very happy with it! |

Re: Club Car xrt 1500 Questions
Thanks SC, I can't believe there is not one picture on the net of one with a lift or after market wheels and tires. This one he says has a 20hp Kaw, but didn't know if it was one or two cylinder. SB

There hasn't been to many mods to this machines. The reason for this in our opinion is the people that are purchasing these machines are using them more for work around the farm and job site etc... Therefore they get left pretty much stock. The guys that would modify these are more prone to purchase a Yamaha Rhino or something along those lines, as they are a quicker machine and priced fairly similar from new. We keep getting asked by Club Car to do up an XRT950 and it maybe something we look at down the road, just to swamped right now. I will say they are very well built machines!!! |

Re: Club Car xrt 1500 Questions
Thanks again SC, I found a 2004 on the net (sold) that says "Kawasaki four cycle OHV, 675 cc, twin-cylinder gas engine" so I guess that's what it is, maybe I'll go look at it next week if he still has it.

Re: Club Car xrt 1500 Questions
There is a picture of a XRT 1550 lift kit with large wheels on M&M Vehicles website. They may also offer a lift kit for the XRT 295 and XRT 1500, which can be ordered through M&M participating/distributing Club Car dealers. Frankly, I think the stock stance is too higher; going higher/taller seems silly.
http://www.mmvehicles.com/XRT-1550-Lift-Kit.html Apart from the XRT's, Club Car offers the Carryall 1500 2WD and 4WD, which are marketed to golf course (fleet) operations. See these models in the Club Car Carryall catalog. I prefer the Carryall versions with corrosion-resistant, bare aluminum dump boxes and minimal "CARRYALL 1500" graphics, which are far-less obvious than "XRT" graphics. The more conservative Carryall 1500 2WD version ship standard with aluminum box bed, automatic locking rear differential, 4-wheel hydraulic disc brakes and 23x10.5-12 turf tires (ROP optional). The 4WD version comes standard with aluminum box bed, automatic locking rear differential, 4-wheel hydraulic disc brakes, 25x10.5-12 all-terrain tires and ROP. I drove the 2015 XRT version with Kubota D722 3-cyl diesel last week. It is not very stealty due to noisy diesel chatter (some may like it). The Kawasaki twin-cylinder 675cc OHV 2-cyl is quieter. I have heard the Subaru gasser may be added in 2017. |
