Default My 97 ez-go oasis code name ? Build

Well the sun is shining and its time to start the build , I spent all winter building the vtiwn and gathering parts and now that i have finally began this build I find that it is a major pain in the ? one word can sum up RIVETS. three days and of drilling them and zip wheeling and i think they are all out but i still have to drive nubs through yet and so now we are off to the car wash to blast the atlantic ocean sand and dirt off this cart to really see where i am. I will explain the build specs and all that stuff later but here are the first pics and the cart only had 600 hrs on it

pfc 1st class Snafu has entered the build, we now need a drivers side axle tube found a break all the way around near the weld plate to the differential evidentally someone at sometime made the coffee 80 weight instead of 40 weight and overloaded the axle either that or someone got torque happy at the factory and didnt notice it.

Yep, that is the one I have. 3/16 rivets. It won't work with the 1/4 rivets that go in the txt body on the sides at the bottom so I just put the 3/16 dash rivet with a washer. You try to do all these with a hand tool and you will look like Popeye when you finish
