2005 ez go mpt lift kit
I have a friend who just bought a 2005 EZ GO MPT 1200. He wants to lift it and I am looking for a kit. Will a standard EZ GO lift kit work on this cart? Any suggestions is greatly appreciated. Thanks,

Yes a normal lift should work, how many bolts does the steering column have at the base?

Front should be no problem, but I think the back is set up like an electric, with spring plates welded on the bottom of axle.

If you buy the EZ-Go factory lift the front is normal drop axle and the rear uses lift block cradles that sit on top of the axle. On my 2008 I had to flip the brakes from one side to the other so the cables and actuators would clear... ie they come from the factory upside down, cables are on top of the axle. After the lift, they are on the bottom.
