26 in rims on golf cart? can it be done

I own a business and here we fix and to after market accessories to golf carts now I have lifted carts countless of time but this may by far be the heist I have ever gone or am about to go. I have a customer who want me to put 26 in rims and tires on his golf cart. he is entering it is a car show along with his car. now I have never gone this high and naturally I told him yeah we can do it. my question is I would love to see golf carts that have me lifted this high. i think it is a club car, i want know until Monday for sure. please send pics or tell me where to go view carts like this so i can get a better understanding. thanks

anything can be done, but does that mean it should be done?. will it drive when done? probably not worth a crap with the factory gearing, but he may not care and want it for looks. Would be scary and very tippy with stock width axles, why not look for some small ford truck 4x4, (maybe samari axles or toyota) or anything else that isnt to terribly wide and use their axles?
make a 3 or 4 link long arm kit and have fun.
but yup, anything can be done.

I think it would be easier on an electric cart than it would be on a gasser.

Just because you can do it which anything can be done depending on your pocket book don't mean you should. Sounds as dumb as jacking up POS Caprices and putting 28" rims on them. What a waste, in my opinion.
