You would need to upgrade everything if you want a reliable cart and dont wanna worry about overheating

You really need to think about this I have a PDs on 25s with a plum quick bandit and 500 alltrax and its not too bad with speed torque it's just runtime that is concerning me I'm on the verge of either a) going 48v or b) going to 23" tires I'm still not sure but I defiantly couldn't imagine 27s

The circumference of the 27 inch tire is more than 50% greater than the stock tire.......This translates into a much greater workload and torque loss.

Tires size and circumference
18 inch = 56.5 inch travel per rotation
20 = 62.8
22 = 69.1
23 = 72.2
25 = 78.5
26 = 81.6
27 = 84.8

The yellow cart is mine and it has 26x12x12 and I am running 4 gauge wires.PQ bandit motor and rebuilt stock controller to 400 amps and 36v. Have a few hills in neighborhood going to clubhouse and rode around in Oceanlakes Campground all last week with no problem, drive it almost everyday and this is my 5th month. Also the Bud Light cart was in Oceanlakes last week with 39" Iroks with stock PDS system never seen it broke down.

People call every week with PDS, Series, DCS, DS, and Regen carts that have burnt up controllers using their carts for something other than golf. mhomesley would have us believe they are all just unlucky ?

WOW, I was just answering a question, he was asking if it would move. I'm sure I am going to have to upgrade eventually. If I would have listen to everyone that sold parts the cart would still be sitting in the garage. Scotty B my carts running fine now and when it does break trust me my money sure won't be spent with you!

Man that's a nice cart you have I like it but that bud light cart has got to be running something other than a stock PDs controller
